How do I make online purchases with my Fortuna card?

You can use your Fortuna card to make purchases everywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. You can also add your Fortuna card to your mobile wallet and use contactless pay anywhere Apple Pay® or Google Pay™ is accepted.

Using your Physical or Virtual Card

1. Proceed to Checkout. You may be prompted to log in to an existing account or check out as a guest.
2. On the payment page, select "Credit Card" as your payment method.
3. Enter your card details into the secure payment form
4. The site will typically ask for your billing address. For security verification, this address must match the one associated with your Fortuna account.
5. Click the "Place Order," "Complete Purchase," or "Submit Payment" button.

Confirmation: After the transaction is successful, you will see an order confirmation screen and usually receive a confirmation email with your receipt and tracking information.

Using Apple Pay
Look for the "Buy with Apple Pay" or Apple Pay button when checking out in apps or on websites using Safari.

1. Tab the Apple Pay button.
2. Review your information and make changes if needed.
3. Confirm payment with Face ID, Touch ID, Optic ID, or passcode.
4. A "Done" message and checkmark will appear upon successful payment. 

If using a non-Apple device, you can select Apple Pay at checkout and use your iPhone or iPad camera to scan the code to complete the purchase.

Using Google Pay
When shopping online, look for the "GPay" or "Buy with Google Pay" button at checkout.

1. Proceed to checkout. Add items to your cart on the website or in the app and go to the checkout screen.
2. Select the Google Pay button. Click the button as your payment method option.
3. Choose a payment method. If you have multiple cards saved in your Google Account, a dropdown list will appear, allowing you to select your preferred card and confirm your shipping address if needed.

Confirm your order. Click the final button (e.g., "Place order now" or "Confirm") to complete the purchase.
