There are a few reasons why you might be experiencing a failed transaction. Please complete the following checks before reaching out to customer support.
- Do you have enough money in your Fortuna account?
- Does your address on file with Fortuna (typically zip code) match your billing address?
- Was your PIN entered correctly? You can always reset your PIN in the Fortuna app!
- Fortuna will decline any transaction we deem suspicious. Be on the lookout for a text message notification.
- International purchases may be declined based on the risk of geography in which the transaction originated and the reputation of the merchant
