Why did the same-day transfer to my debit card fail?

A same-day fund transfer might fail for several reason, including but not limited to:

• if the connection to your debit card needs to be re-established
• if we cannot find the debit card any longer due to a card cancellation or account closure
• if you have received a new debit card
• if you have updated your debit card credentials.

You will see an error message depending on the issue, but in most cases, you may need to contact the receiving bank for further assistance.
