How do I request a payout from my On-Demand Pay balance?

Fortuna Flex Pay accounts

1. Log in to the Fortuna app to see your On-Demand Pay available wages for transfer.
2. Click on Transfer Funds
3. Choose your transfer speed – Same-day to a linked debit card or Next-biz day to a linked bank account for a fee.
4. Select the amount you want to move and complete your transfer.

Fortuna All-in-One accounts

1. Log in to the Fortuna app, to see your On-Demand Pay available wages for transfer.
2. Click on Transfer to Card
3. Select the amount you want to move to your Fortuna All-in-One account fee-free.
