What do I need to do when I’m notified of unusual account activity?

If you attempt a transaction that seems suspicious, it may be blocked. We will alert you with a text message any time we block or believe a transaction is suspicious.  

If you don’t recognize the transaction, you should lock your card using the Fortuna mobile app to further protect your account and call Customer Support at 888.463.3001.

Ensure the phone number we have for you on your record is a valid mobile number that can receive text messages.
