Yes. To change your account type, please contact Fortuna Customer Support at 888.463.3001 between 9 am – 9 pm EST, or email support@myfortuna.com to begin the upgrade process. Our Customer Support team will notify you when your upgrade is complete, which can take up to 3 days.
Once your upgrade is complete, your virtual card will be provisioned to your App immediately, and you should receive your physical Fortuna card within 4-6 business days. You can use your virtual card via the Fortuna app in the meantime to access any funds in your Fortuna card account. Please note that upgrades can only be completed once your outstanding On-Demand Pay balance is $0. You will not have access to On-Demand Pay while your account is being upgraded.
