Can I withdraw money from an ATM?

Yes. You can get cash fee-free by visiting an AllPoint® ATM with over 55,000 locations worldwide (U.S., Canada, Mexico, UK, Australia), found in major retailers like Walgreens, CVS, Target, Costco, Kroger, and Speedway. You can also visit an out-of-network ATM to get cash for a fee.

To get cash, you will use the 4-digit PIN (personal identification number) you created when activating your Fortuna card. Use this PIN and select "Checking" when making the withdrawal. Log in to the Fortuna App and click “Locate ATM” to find the nearest Allpoint ATM.
